The two Large Event packages are available for parties and banquets which include music and dancing, and may also include alcohol (based on Civic Center policies). This is based on the premise that a large event would prevent an additional event from occurring at the same time. Additional hours are for a total time of more than five (5) hours or for later than 12:00 a.m. A breakdown of the fee is available, and the damage deposit is refundable as conditions are met.

There is a discounted rate available for a half day early move in (the day prior to the event), or for the second day of the same event.

Any events lasting later than 12 am will be charged $50 per hour.

A 15% discount is available on the rental rate (only) to City of Center property taxpayers for personal or family events. This is not applicable to business or organization events.

Pricing includes chairs and tables for event in contract and appropriate for room size. An upgrade to a nicer chair is available for $1.00 per chair.

The Deposit is for any rental is ½ the rental fee plus the damage deposit (which is ½ the rental fee) and required at the time of the contract/reservation.

The remaining 1/2 of the rental fee is due at least fifteen (15) days prior to the event or the event will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. A layout for the event is required to be submitted no less than seven (7) days prior to the event.

**The Civic Club Room is not available Tuesday or Thursday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
